What to do in case of complaint due a stone fall out of your jewel:

Send a photo of the jewel together with a receipt, certificate and your address on:
market@granat.cz and please choose one of the following options:

  1. The missing stone will be sent to you
  2. The jewel will be repaired

In both cases you will also receive a gift of your own choice as a compensation:

  • glass nailfile with the Bohemian garnet
  • Jewel with the garnets as souvenir - earrings or pendant
